Lichfield School is situated within the beautiful rural village of Lichfield and surrounded by verdant farmland. It is approximately 8km south of Putaruru and 15km north of Tokoroa, on State Highway 1.
We are in a district known as the South Waikato, near the Central North Island of NZ. Residents enjoy the centrality of the position, being less than an hours drive from major shopping and tourist spots, such as Rotorua, Taupo, Hamilton, and Tauranga.
To provide opportunities for all learners to identify and develop personal strengths and talents… so that they can be successful members of our society.

Hi Schools,
Welcome to the last day of schools cricket this term. It looks like the weather is going to cooperate.
Remember, all games are at DAVID FOOTE PARK in TOKOROA today.
There will also be free sausages for the kids after and a short presentation.
That likely means we go a bit later, closer to 6.30 or 7pm finish, though we'll try and keep the games quicker today.
On the West pitch we will have BEGS vs St Marys.
On the middle pitch we will have Te Waotu vs Amisfield
On the east pitch we will have Cargill vs Lichfield
As usual we may have to mix the teams up a bit to juggle numbers.
See you this afternoon.
